AB - The aim of this thesis is to use 'rationality' and then find its soultion in the deabte of epistemic internalism and externalism.. Until now, most of affensive and defensive battles around epistemic internalism and externalism had the method to debilitate its counterpart and defend itself with refelction-profit. But we need to know that the newly demanded character of criticism will perish the counterpart and support the method which takes defense independently. For this, the strategy to attain this aim is to show the limitation of epistemic externalism through the answering method to rationality and at the same time, secure the high positon theoretically displaying the possibility of answer as much in internalism. It will be started in the strategy's base that the explanation about 'rationality'which indicates natural side of externalistic opinion, should perform restrictly in the defection of theory. Here in the thesis, it comes from the possibility that it is difficult to see that there are some cases to be justified epistemically in spite of satisfying wholly the justification condition of the belief (that is to say, the condition of credible belief) presenting in the externalism.
