AB - The primary purpose of this paper is to show that we can find some useful logical concepts in 12 Angry Men and make students to practice logical thinking using it. In section 2, we explain how important the burden of proof is in this movie. After deciding who has the burden of proof, the argumentation starts between protagonist and antagonist. In section 3, we examine the process of the argumentation by using the ‘defeasibility’ of argument. Some fallacies which we can find in this movie are proposed in section 4.
