1. Objectives Scarcely referred except for a few phrases of the acupuncture of Dongmugong. He stated every disease could be cured through acupunture. In addition, generally there are a certain point(“hyul-穴”) of the body that suits according to the constitutions, and just as there are a theory that “ascend-descend-loosen-tighten(升降緩束)” so as therapy of the symptom has the same. However, he did not indicate the concrete method of the four constitutional acupuncture. He only asked his descendants to study about it. 2. Methods Therefore, author of the thesis tries to describe the theory approach to the seletive method of four constitutional acupunture point based on ꡔDongyi Suse Bowon(東醫壽世保元)ꡕ 3. Results and Conclusions The author of the thesis recommended the methods to apply twelve channels to sasangin's disease and symptoms according to the ascend(升)-descend(降)-loosen(緩)-tighten(束)

1. Objectives This study is purposed to find a dietary treatment of Taeyangin in the Sik Ryo Chan Yo(食療纂要)(1460). 2. Methods It was researched as bibliographic study with Sik Ryo Chan Yo of the oldest Korean book concerned about a dietary treatment and Hyangyakjipseongbang(鄕藥集成方) Euibangyoochui(醫方類聚) etc. 3. Results and Conclusions (1) Hae Dong Moon Hun Chong Rok(海東文獻總錄) misquoted ‘Five Vegetables(五菜)’ written in Sik Ryo Chan Yo as ‘One leaf(一葉)’. (2) The efficacy of persimmon, Mo Gwa, Oh Ga Pi(the root bark of various araliaceous shrubs), Crucian, Ju Du Kang, Watershied plant(Brassenia purpurea) in this book are the same or similar to those of Dongyi Suse Bowon and Dongmu Yugo. But some of them are represented as having different properities in Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM) and Sik Ryo Chan Yo. For example, dried persimmon is used for the treatment of deafness, Crucian for asthma and Song Jul(松節) for bruises in Sik Ryo Chan Yo but SCM. (3) This book doesn't have a definite expression about Sasangin, but it contains documents of clinical cases. So it seems that this book would somewhat affect to SCM after ages.

1. Objectives There are two kind of『Dongyi Suse Bowon』-「GaboBon」 and 「ShinchukBon」These books are similar each other, and there are difference from the contents of books. Among them we studied the sentence of Gyemagakban-tang between 「GaboBon」 and 「ShinchukBon」 of『Dongyi Suse Bowon』 2. Methods The study is to compare to「GaboBon」 and 「ShinchukBon」 on the basis of texts of ꡔDongyi Suse Bowonꡕ. 3. Results 1) We can see that Lee Je-Ma was trying to cure Soeumin by the treatment of ascent and grow up Yang(陽) and Ki(氣) as seen in the text of Gyemagakban-tang. 2) We can see that Lee Je-Ma considers sweating as the symptom of Taeumin and evacuating of stools as the symptom fo Soyangin in the text of 「GaboBon」. 3) We can see fever in the text of Gyemagakban-tang is the fundamental of the pathology of Soyangin. 4. Conclusions In addition more bliolographic study, clinical investigation will be needed.
