AB - 이상의 고찰을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 1. 四象醫學은 四象類型에 의한 요약정신의 의학으로 心 心身은 則 機能 陽的인 것이고 四象(事心身物)은 物 構造 陰的인 것이다. 2. 四氣는 哀怒喜樂之氣로 哀怒之氣는 陽氣로 上昇하고 喜樂之氣는 陰氣로 下降하는 특징이 있고, 四象人은 天稟的 性情의 차이에 의해 臟理가 형성되며 이렇게 형성된 각각의 臟理 역시 陰陽升降의 특징을 지닌다. 3. 水穀之氣는 四府에 의해 陰陽的 편차(淸濁)에 따라 水穀之四氣(溫 熱 冷 寒氣)를 형성한 후 上下, 表裏, 前後의 陰陽的 편차에 의해 배속된 각 인체에 대사한다. 4. 哀怒喜樂의 4氣는 逆動하면 哀怒之氣는 陽氣이므로 上部에 竝合되어 下部를 傷하게 되고, 喜樂之氣는 陰氣이므로 下部에 竝合되어 上部를 傷하게 된다. 四氣는 또한 表裏를 傷하게 하므로 性은 表氣를 傷하고 情은 裏氣를 傷한다. 5. 少陰人 병증에 있어서의 陰陽觀은 表病(鬱狂亡陽)은 陽症이고 裏病(太陰 少陰)은 陰證이며, 順症은 陽症이고 逆症은 陰證이며, 輕 險症은 陽症이고 重 危症은 陰證으로 볼 수 있다. 治法에 있어서는 保命之主인 溫暖之氣(陽氣)를 補한다는 대전제하에 表病의 경우는 주로 陽氣(正氣)의 上昇을, 裏病의 경우는 陽氣의 上昇과 함께 陰氣(邪氣)의 下降을 도모한다.
