Methods A patient who complained of livedo reticularis on both legs was diagnosed with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APS). The patient was diagnosed with Taeeumin Liver heat-lung dryness pattern and treated with Cheongsimnyeonja- tanggamibang To evaluate the improvement of livedo reticularis, the picture of the patient’s both lower leg were compared and the patient assessed the symptom by using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Result After treatment with Cheongsimnyeonja-tanggamibang for 6 months, the severity of livedo reticularis had been improved from NRS 6-7 to NRS 1-2 and the color of livedo reticularis had also been improved. Conclusion This case suggests the significance of Cheongsimnyeonja-tanggamibang treatment for APS patient who complained of livedo reticularis.
