Article 1 Transfer of copyrighted property rights;
① The author shall transfer the copyright of this paper to the Society within the following limits:
i) Distribute through paper documents such as academic journals;
ii)Deployment using microfilms
iii) Online distribution by electronic media such as online databases
ⅳ) Online distribution on the academic website
ⅳ)Allowing disclosure in non-profit institutional repositories or e-libraries;
Article 2 Exercise of the rights of the author after transferring copyrights;
① The author can apply for patent rights, apply for utility model rights, register design rights, and register trademark settings with the contents of this paper. Except in this case, the author shall not transfer his/her right to the thesis to a for-profit organization in order to commercialize this paper.
② The author may duplicate and distribute all or part of the thesis for personal use, such as education or individual research.
③ The author may publish and distribute all or part of the paper on his/her personal website, the website of the institution and organization to which the author belongs, and the website of the organization that funded the research.
Article 3 Warranty and Liability
① By signing this agreement, the author shall be deemed to have guaranteed the following matters:
i) The author has made a substantial and intellectual contribution to this paper and shares public responsibility for the content of the paper.
The paper has not previously been published elsewhere and has only been submitted to this journal.
ii) The content of the paper does not contain any slanderous or illegal sentences against others, and does not include any content that may infringe on the rights of others or cause damage.
iii) If an excerpt from a paper by another copyrighted person is included, Gap은 shall obtain permission from the right person or mark and use the source within the scope of legitimate citation.
② If the contents of this work infringe on the rights of a third party and cause damage to the academic society or a third party, the author shall be responsible for it.
