AB - This study was to analyze unfair subcontracting structure of small and medium size corporate and large enterprise. Theoretical frame for this analysis is based to method of industrial organization theory. In order to find unfair transaction behaviors between two group, we established an hypothesis of performance gap and analyzed whether extract various financial ratio of corporate and these ratio agree with the hypothesis. Findings of this study agreed almost actuality financial ratio of enterprises with hypothesis that we establish. Therefore, we reached conclusion that unfair subcontracting structure was adhered to in subcontracting transaction between large enterprise and small and medium size enterprises.
