ABSTRACT

Economical status stagnates and vocational stability, financial aid, retire pension and other benefits made the young noncommissioned officer(NCO) favorable job. It is actual that leadership and academic backgrounds of NCO are insufficient as a beginner military leader. This article reviews the leadership teaching state and development program to the department of NCO on college. Recently importance of NCO has been increasing with the military environmental change. NCO should create a sustainable leadership skill included consultation technique and show influence with a soldier. Loyalty, personal courage, responsibility, respect and ingenuity are generally regarded as military core value and NCO must save them in his mind deeply. Therefore, the college curriculum of the department of NCO needs to be designed to increase student’ leadership. It is necessary to prepare leadership program for NCO student on college.
