AB - The purpose of this study is to propose the priority among the appropriateness to make fireman public servants national public officials that fireman related specialists think as a part of discourses regarding the appropriateness to make fireman national public officials which have been recently highlighted. Conclusively, it was found that fireman related specialists think that fireman public servants should become national public officials to secure fireman budget. Looking into complicated weight, they thought that fireman related specialists think that fireman public servants should become national public officials to increase fireman budget, to organize fireman budget focusing on prevention, and to enforce the connectivity of fireman activities between nation and provinces.
