AB - The purpose of this study is to understand about personal assistant for the disabled person based on subjective point of view and experience to an understanding. And disabled self-support process is to lead social work intervention. The data collected from in-depth interviews with the participants, they works more than a year. As for data analysis on this qualitative study was used. The raw data analyzed by the open coding, combined with theoretically sensitive and constant comparisons method. As a result, a total of 11 categories, 22 subcategories and 135 concepts were generated. In summary, the core phenomenon was. The core phenomenon that personal assistant for the disabled person experience during the process of attendance center order was ‘look for work’, ‘barely stand up to’, ‘grounds for remain’, and ‘standing in as the expert care for people with disabilities’. Based on the findings, we suggested policy and practice guidelines for the improvement of social security that supports the adaptation of the disability assistance activities of the process.
