AB - Cyber-attacks and crimes are currently the fastest growing threats to almost every aspect of modern life. Yet, the Korean government and its policies do not seem to properly address the cyber-security issues and challenges. The aim of this study is to cover all aspects of cyber-security issues by taking a holistic approach. It first explores the notions and main tenets of cyber vulnerabilities and cyber resilience and develops the analytical framework based upon the concept of cyber resilience.
