ABSTRACT

This paper is noted that the enhanced reason for the uselessness of human rights is based neoliberalism. Because neoliberalism came to suppression of the right to life-share as the starting point of human rights. However, Chapter 2 proposes the need for any substantial human rights discourse in the age of globalization by looking at the historical development and significances of the concept of human rights after the modern age. In Chapter 3, I'll look at the complementary merits to provide the meeting between the unconditional, universal basic income and human rights. Chapter 4 examines the current state of our society's dismal labor market created by neoliberalism. Then Chapter 5 summarizes the features, benefits, and issues of basic income. Finally, the practical solidarity of the social-political movement for the introduction of a basic income should emphasize that the active step in the positive realization of human rights.
