The survey of samples was conducted on volunteers working in Nowon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government Online surveys through the structured questionnaires were distributed to around 273 ‘organizations in need of volunteer work’ and 161 ‘volunteer groups’ registered at the Nowon-gu Volunteer Center.
301 people responded to the survey in total, and 287 of them used the survey for the final analysis.
Using AMOS 22.0, I conducted a confirmatory factor analysis to verify the validity of the questionnaire composed of the results of the review of the preceding study, and created a structural equation to comprehensively analyze the relationship between independent variables, dependent variables and parameters.
The analysis showed, ‘Volunteering Effectiveness’ has a positive (+) effect on ‘Trust’ and ‘The Persistence of Giving’, and ‘Trust’ also has a positive (+) effect on ‘The Persistence of Giving’ and has a partial mediating effect.
