ABSTRACT

This study analyzed the factors affecting the health of youth after discharge from out-of-home care. The purpose of this study was to verify relationship between a major variables related to health using research models. For statistical analysis, datas from KOHI(Korea Human Resources Development Institute For Health & Welfare) were analyzed. The variables affecting health were analyzed by psychosocial level, socio-economic and family level. As a result of verification through regression analysis, the factors that influence the subjective health status were life satisfaction, depression, anxiety, happiness, and housing satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, social welfare political and practical implications for health of youth from dischare out-of-home care were proposed.
