ABSTRACT

This thesis made explorations into reading social phenomena and writing methods that utilize keywords as a part of liberal education in universities. To establish direction in life and to design life as an adult in uneasy circumstances where the future cannot be predicted, it is necessary to understand how society of the here and now, which is one's foundation for living, has been constructed and what principles operate society. This thesis reads principles that make the world turn by examining and analyzing keywords and by presenting the analysis results, it proposed methods that allow participation in social problems through writing that shares social problems with students and further, allows opinions to be voiced regarding related topics. Such methods will be meaningful educational methods as they naturally induce interest in social problems and provide opportunities for social problems to be recognized as one's own.
