AB - In our reality, the high expectations of users and the low satisfaction due to the technologies that do not meet them are conflicting. In this paper, we examined where the error of STT is highest at the phonological layer, the phonological fluctuation layer, and other transformation layers.
Based on this, the types of high frequency errors were summarized and analyzed in terms of Korean language. As a suggestion for improving STT, some pronunciations that cause STT misrecognition are in charge of liberal arts education.
