ABSTRACT

This study is to verify the effectiveness of a college liberal arts subject for foreign students called Cultural Diversity and Intercultural Dialogue. The first study question is whether taking the class affects the cultivation of students' global citizenship, and the second question asks participating in the class affects students' adaptation to college life. To this end, surveys were conducted on 59 foreign students who participated in the class before and after taking the class, and a paired t-test was conducted on the results. In conclusion, it was confirmed that the global citizenship of the students was improved through the class and taking the class also had a positive effect on their adaptation college life.
