ABSTRACT

This study provides comprehensive guidelines for supporting college students in exploring their majors and careers, focusing on the School of Liberal Studies at S University. The research utilized corpus analysis methods, including Python programming for frequency and semantic network analyses, and incorporated a satisfaction survey of students enrolled in the program. The findings highlight effective strategies for guiding students in their academic and career decisions. These include the systematic enhancement of curricula, the integration of extracurricular programs into academic coursework, the adoption of AI-enabled learning systems, the establishment of mentoring programs, and the development of robust online and offline learning environments. These recommendations aim to assist students in the School of Liberal Studies in selecting their majors and careers, thereby enhancing the flexibility and competitiveness of higher education.
