Background: As we enter a super-aged society, to perceive supporting parents from the perspective of filial piety and to find ways to enhance the consciousness of filial piety of undergraduate students, the perception of parenting attitude towards mother, self-esteem, and consciousness of filial piety are related, and as a major concept that is related to the consciousness of filial piety, discussion on self-esteem is increasing. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effect of self-esteem between the parenting attitude toward mothers of undergraduate students and their consciousness of filial piety. Methodology/Access: For the statistical analysis of this study, SPSS 22.0 was used, and correlation analysis was conducted to confirm the relevance between each research concept. To verify the fit of the research model, model No. 4 of the SPSS 22.0 Process Macro was used, and to verify the mediating effect, significance was verified through the Bootstrapping procedure. Results/Conclusion: First, it was found that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between mother's parenting attitude, self-esteem, and perception of filial piety perceived by undergraduate students. In other words, the higher the perception of the parenting attitude toward the mother, the higher the self-esteem and the higher the perception of filial piety. Second, it was found that self-esteem was partially mediated in the relationship between the mother's perception of parenting attitude and perception of filial piety. Implications: To enhance the consciousness of filial piety of undergraduate students, implications for improving self-esteem were suggested

Background: There is a growing interest of an adaptation of women marriage immigrants in Korean trends of their increasing numbers of them. Most of all, as Korea becomes a host country of immigration, their adaption of Korean society is more important than any time. For an immigration policy is not designated explicitly, directions of Korean language education are different over the government department and therefore the goals of Korean language education are not clear. Purpose: This study presents the immigration policy models for social integration, to identify the operational status in the each government department, and to check the the possibility of application of the model. Methodology/Approach: This study is a literature review and is to review the immigration policy models for social integration, to identify the operational status in the each government department, and to check out the possibility of application of each model. Findings/Conclusions: There are assimilation and multicultural model in immigration policy. An assimilation model means that women marriage immigrants are subject to comply with immigration country’s language, culture, and values rather than their owns. On the other hand, in multicultural model, they may target to maintain their owns, and keep them equally in immigration country. An education for women marriage immigrants does in Korea Immigration & integration program of Ministry of Justice and in Multicultural Family Support Center of Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. This study reviews directions of Korea language education in each model. Implications: As the basic directions of immigration policy are not fixed, it is not easy to decide the goals of Korean language. Nevertheless, it should be arranged to apply to the directions of each model in the Korean language education settings.

Background: The number of elderly single-person households is increasing due to the rapid aging of our society, the collapse of the traditional family system, and the nuclear family. This causes social isolation of the elderly, resulting in many social problems such as depression, lonely death, and suicide. Purpose: This study aims to confirm the impact of elderly volunteer experiences on social isolation, especially quality of life, through qualitative case research methods as part of measures to resolve social isolation for the elderly. Methodology/Access: The study participants selected five participants who wanted to participate in the study as elderly volunteers at the A Senior Center, and each had three in-depth interviews for a total of 150 minutes. As a data analysis method, Bryman & Burgess (2002) approached with in-case analysis and Between case analysis, and based on oral data of research participants, the subject was discovered through the process, process, and emotions of volunteering experience. Results/Conclusion: This study derived common topics such as improving self-esteem through identity verification, reassigning social roles, psychology and stability from belonging, improving self-integration through self-acceptance, and expanding psychological productivity through volunteer work./ It was confirmed that volunteer activities in old age are achieving a sense of self-integration through positive thinking and self-acceptance rather than negative perceptions such as solitude and futility that can be felt in old age. Implications: It is necessary to raise and support social awareness and support the elderly in order to reduce the social risk of the elderly society, and as part of this, the establishment and expansion of a volunteer system for the elderly can help resolve social isolation.
