AB - Nowadays the discourse of forgiveness is still important between the dimension of religion and regular life-world since human's evil actions are going on. In this context, there is a controversial topic concerning the forgiveness. Namely, should sufferer forgive offenders or not? Do victim and victims's organization must forgive offenders? In this article, we deal with at issue in the discourse of forgiveness. And we elucidate core points about pros and cons in the debate upon forgiveness. In this regard we are concerned with views of Butler, Arendt, Nietzsche and Eve Garrard & David McNaughton. And we suggest preconditions for pure forgiveness between sufferer and offenders. Lastly we discuss the meaning of forgiveness applying to our present society.
