AB - Birdseye-viewed sheet is one of the requisite materials for registration of building. On the contrary, digital map and digital orthophoto with DEM become more important with advance of internet information service. We suggest the
classification scheme for the bird eye-viewed sheets. Korean cases and international cases are reviewed for the satellite imagery related to bird eye-viewed sheet. In order to check out the market acknowledgement of remotely sensed data, inquests were distributed to engineering company and local government. Thematic Maps which have been examined by Korean Association of Survey and Mapping were statistically classified to see the role of bird eye-viewed sheets with satellite imagery. The problems and issue to set criteria for the examination was discussed.
