Editorial Policy


Plagiarism

The manuscript submitted to the Journal of the Korean Crystal Growth and Crystal Technology for publication should contain

results of original research and review conducted by the authors. The authors do not fabricate data or falsify results in their manuscript.

The authors should not present substantial portions or elements of another’s work or data as their own, even if the other work

or data source is cited occasionally in the main text.


Authorship

All listed authors have made a primary contribution to and hold primary responsibility for establishing the main concepts of

research, acquisition of the data, and interpretation of results for a published work. If the authors discover significant errors in their published data, they take reasonable steps to correct such errors in a correction, retraction, erratum, or other appropriate publication means.


Conflict of Interest

If there are any issues on the conflicts of interest, including the authorship or financial support, it should be notified to the ethics

committee.


Duplicate Publication

The manuscript should contain original data and results which are not being considered for publication by another journal or periodical nor have been published elsewhere. This does not preclude republishing data when they are accompanied by appropriate description or proper acknowledgment.


Quotation

If a published academic material is cited or referred in the manuscript, its source should be presented accurately by the authors.

Bibliographic information for each reference at the end of the manuscript in the order they are cited in the text.


Revision of Manuscript

The authors should resubmit the revised version of their manuscript after revision by addressing the reviewer’s comments. If the

authors do not agree with the opinion of the reviewers, in the form of documents, the evidence and reasons should be presented to the editorial committee.


Reviewers

The editorial committee assigns the reviewers for the submitted manuscript by considering their expertise, and any information on the authors does not provided to the reviewers. The personal who review the manuscript submitted for publication respects the confidentiality and the proprietary rights of the authors’ work described in the manuscript. The reviewers faithfully and fairly evaluate the manuscript, and report their decision and comments to the editorial committee within the prescribed deadline.

For other ethical issues that are not stated in this information, international standards for editors and authors Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE, https://publicationethics.org/) will be adopted.
