Acupuncture is the therapy that has been developed in the Orient traditionally. The therapy is what improve Kyoungrak(special nerve parts around the body which shows the signs of illness for acupuncture) function to cure a disease. Recently, Western medicine mostly depended on drugs and a surgical operation changes the course to the traditional Oriental medicine, and searches for the new solution. Like this, the Acupuncture therapy is took notice of both in the East and in the West. It has the merits such as the convenience of operation, fewer side effect comparatively, wise the extent of practical use. But it also has the adverse reactions such as fainting in the middle of acupuncture, the injury of the internal organs. For the prevention of these adverse reactions and the improvement of a curative effect, there are the cases that prohibit the acupuncture therapy or need careful attention. In this thesis, we considered the acupuncture contraindication in 『Hwangjenaekyoung』 from various angles such as the patient condition, the nature of a disease, the date and time, the weather, a region for acupuncture.

On convertible relation of Seong(性) and Jeong(情) on delight(喜), anger(怒), sadness(哀) and pleasure(樂), comparison are made between Taeyang-in(太陽人) and Soyang-in(少陽人) samely, Taeum-in(太陰人) and Soum-in(少陰人). This point is very important basis to classify Yang-in(陽人) and Eum-in(陰人), the former has sadness and anger but the latter has delight and pleasure. Because of that conversion, Taeyang-in and Soyang-in show similar emothion actually, samely in Taeum-in and Soum-in. But it is not easy to see the conversion between Yang-in and Eum-in. When the capacity and incapacity of action in real life appers, the comparison between Taeyang-in and Soum-in Soyang-in and Taeum-in are made. For example Taeyang-in is manly and Soum-in is womanish, Soyang-in is highly competitive and Taeum-in is like to defends itself. Each constitutions repair each other's defects so to feel intimacy each other. When native weakness is overcomed, fore constitutions get the excellent Calculation, Career, Self-inspection, Measurement. Also in the course of efforts to approach opposite constitutions in real actions, each constitutions show the great Insight, Dignity, Talent, Expedient.

The idea of Qi(氣) is fundamental to Oriental medical thinking. We can say that everything in the universe is composed of and defined by its Qi. The law of nature can describe the bodily change referred to as the So-Mun(素問). Therefore, we should understand the pattern of Qi in the nature in advance to understand that in the body. We can see how they influence each other after understanding each pattern. There are two way of perceiving the structure of circulating pattern of Qi. First one is to divide the whole Qi-system into two parts, the other one is to divide it into three parts. The example of the former is Yin(陰) and Yang(陽), and that of the latter is Sam-Jae(三才) which means the three orders of heaven, earth and man. In this paper, I wrote about the meaning of the 'two' and the 'three' which are very important means to explain the world and explain the structure of Qi-system using these numbers and wrote about how we can clinically use this kind of way of explaining Qi in diagnosis and treatment.
