AB - This case study aims to describe the principles and methods of records management applied to the systematic management of records in the KDI School of Public Policy and Management, and the process of its practical implementation. It provides more extensive coverage than most existing studies on records management, dealing with all procedures from the theoretical modeling to the records management system building. The School has built the Records Center that can integratively manage its administrative records and archives that have been erratic and unsystematic over the years. As a result, the introduction of records management has become a basis for succeeding the achievements of the KDI School and its history as well as supporting administrative and knowledge resources. As well, it is intended to be a guide for other schools or institutions when building the records management system.
