ABSTRACT

This study explored directions for developing anatomy education content for digital healthcare through a needs analysis of nine instructors, 15 industry professionals, and 122 university students. Survey data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA), and keyword analysis. The results revealed that current anatomy education is largely theory-oriented and insufficiently aligned with digital healthcare job requirements. Industry professionals emphasized job-related skills in functional and musculoskeletal anatomy, while learners reported difficulties with anatomical terminology, structural complexity, and spatial understanding. They also expressed strong needs for visualization, microlearning, and XR/3D learning environments. All three groups emphasized skill-based education, modular content, practical application, and digital technologies. These findings suggest redesigning anatomy education as a skill-based, modular curriculum aligned with workplace competencies.
