Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of calling, goal orientation, and collective efficacy on organizational socialization among Korea Armed Forces Nursing Academy (KAFNA) Cadets. Methods: This descriptive survey was conducted to 320 KAFNA cadets using structured questionnaires in February of 2019. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SPSS program. Results: The means of calling, goal orientation, collective efficacy, and organizational socialization among KAFNA cadets were 2.99±0.51 points out of 4, 3.14±0.31 points out of 4, 3.87±0.46 points out of 5, and 3.91±0.47 points out of 5 respectively. Influencing factors of organizational socialization were goal orientation, collective efficacy, subjective health status, and cadet life satisfaction (R2=33.5%, F=20.77, p<.001).
