ABSTRACT

Purpose : This study was conducted to develope disciplinary evaluation tool of Armed Forces Nursing Academy. Method : Open questionnaires were completed by 378 subjects from nursing cadets and 30 disciplinary personnel. The questionnaires consist of several domains : grade, role expectation and cognitive of disciplinary personnel, what is role of the disciplinary personnel. Results : Armed Forces Nursing Academy cadets reported parenthood role, cadet priority, respect, attention, consistence of cadet as a disciplinary personnel's role expectation and cognitive factor. Armed Forces Nursing Academy disciplinary personnel reported role model, supporter, manager, interviewer, educator, conductor as a disciplinary personnel's role expectation and cognitive factor. Conclusion : Personality, leadership, educational capacity and role model for disciplinary personnel are recommended in Armed Forces Nursing Academy disciplinary personnel factor.
