AB - The company 'Mosinun Saramdul', lead by Kim, Jung-Sook in 1990's, can be carefully explored in terms of that it continuously tried to realize it's theatrical ideal through Musical during the period which the world of theatre started to be absorbed in the cultural industry. The theatrical ideal of this company existed in the perspective of viewing the history through the historical musicals. That is, the company kept trying to shed light on the people's life who vividly lived their life in the inevitable flow of history instead of the hero's life or history itself. This sort of attitude resulted in the continuos concern to the alienated people.
Moreover, the approach of the concern to the people gained the reality by maintaining the tragic historical view that the history suppressed the people could not be changeable easily. However, in spite of such significant factors, there is a weak point in the historical musical of the company-the sentimental representation throughout the works. Consequently, it can be said that the excess of the author's consciousness toward the people brings about this kind of weak point.
