AB - This paper reviews the Nacklang-kuckhoi(Nacklang theater company)'s play, The Robber. Nacklang-kuckhoi was organized in 1945 and worked Until 1947. In Korea history, This period is a part of the Liberation period. This paper arranges the aspect of Nacklang-kuckhoi‘s plays in 1945 to 1946 and finds out the special feature of it. This dissertation has been written with a purpose to examine and to understand the Nacklang-kuckhoi in 1945 and playwright intent of Hamsedeok in second half of 1940s. In conclusion, this paper checks the meaning and significance of The Robber in Nacklang-kuckhoi's palys and as Hamsedeok's masterpiece. Nacklang-kuckhoi was a dramatic company that was compositively coexisted with Sinkuck and Sinpakuck, the Right and the Leftism, an Intellectual player and a professional actor. This aspect is particular instance of the varied appearance and characteristic of Korean play in 1945 to 1950.
