AB - This study is about the Mandam performing group and Mandam tellers as mobilized media, on the war basis. Various moving entertainment group affected planning to organize Mandam performing group. Moving entertainment group purposed on encouragement, appreciate and amusement. These purposes became a model of tactics that Mandam performing group have to. On the war basis, representative mandam performing group is 'Yadam-Mandam performing group'(1942) and 'Maeshin moving car propaganda group'(1943~45). These groups were organized to propaganda conscription system. Especially, 'Maeshin moving car propaganda group' displayed authority of Empire Japan by using car that integrated modern science techniques. New mandam tellers performed not theater but Mandam performing group, and they sent the Empire Japan's ideology to colonial Chosun. Mandam and Mandam tellers as moblilzed media were consumed, therefore, Mandam was impossible to grow as separated performing art.
