The first step in planning that national theater by Japanese Imperialism is the dissolution of new theater company. Tokyo Students Art Association member of a theater company is arrested for charge left wing. And as members of Gukyeonjwa are also accused of being involved with them, the activities of the new theater group are suspended. The process of disorganization the new theater in Colonial Korea is also related to the dismantling process of the new theater company in Japan. The reason that the members of the Tokyo Students Art Association were accused of left wing was that they had watched a performance by Japanese left-wing theater companies Shinkyougekidan and ShinTsukijigekidan. Following the arrest of the members of the Tokyo Students Art Association, members of Shinkyo and Shinsukiji in Japan were also arrested for problems in <Daibutsukaigen> performance. To interrupt the activities of the 「new theater company」 in Colonial Korea and Japan by accusing them of the left meant that they would no longer allow them. It was also the first step in planning the national theater to place the national theater in the new theater.
