ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the basic plan for low birth rate and aging society, to draw up problems for self-evaluation and to provide basic data to find answers. We plan to consider measures to respond to Japan's low birth rate aging society, which has already experienced similar experiences with Korea, such as low fertility rate and high aging rate, in particular, to consider the low birth rate and aging society policy (Japan's 100 million gross active plan) after the Abe administration. The results of the study are summarized into the following three, which were proposed as improvement measures in the 4th or 5th planning. First, it is necessary to present a future blueprint (national vision) at the national level. Second, a clear and sober situation is needed. Third, it is necessary to present multidimensional and feasible figures rather than simple and short-term countermeasures.
