AB - The author got a clue in the survey process of books which Ow-Un, the book editor lived in the middle period of Chosun Dynasty, directly and indirectly participated in editing.The purpose of this paper is to prove the main role Ow-Un showed through the process of transmitting and editing the Hamjuji- the first private Korean Geographic book. Finally, in this paper, I present the editing of that book and Ow-Un's role in the process of transmitting the Hamjuji and intend to emphasize the editor Ow_Un.
