ABSTRACT

The Paper discussed the origin of basic geographical ideas in Geographical classification of ancient Chinese literature. Sought through the perspective of bibliometrics Comprehensive Bibliography of Sago Collections<(四庫全書總目提要>) of Literature Geography basis of its origin were analyzed. On the other hand, an affair with a historical perspective history books written is biographical style(正史) of Comprehensive geographic information (地理志)Dynasty around geography(王朝地理) and evolution of Geography(沿革地理) changes noted. Geographical origin of the objective measurement and recording of natural phenomena, and that prediction has begun. Came to the Suishu․Jingjizhi(<隋書･經籍志>) Geography and came to settle in the formal literature has classified items. According to the idea, basing on the public and private bibliographies, the article tried the best reconstrect the landscape of the geography on the Song dynasty. While the ancient geography tradition of the Sanhaijing(<山海經>) has been gradually to downplay consciously. Historical Geography of China for a long time history department has maintained a close relationship. Literature Geography and came to the Qing Dynasty Comprehensive Bibliography of Sago Collections was bound to both the historical part was divided into 10 categories. Scientific bibliography of the geography from the perspective of traditional Chinese literature, rather than the classification of an independent dynasty geography and history have been enslaved strongly.
