AB - This research had prudently analyzed 2 manuscripts of 『萊府重記(Raebujunggi)』 bibliographically in the aspects of organizations, written period and contents and recognized following facts.
First, ‘己未八月日’ in preface of 『Raebujunggi』 had been referred as a method to discover written period. In addition, 『Raebujunggi』 had been assumed to have been written during task handover period due to substitution of Gugwan to Shingwan in August, 1859 after comparison process of ‘Hobangsaek’'s subcategory, ‘Doseowonchajijil’. Moreover, ‘Jeong Hyeon-Gyo’ had been acknowledged to have been designated as a then governor of Dongnae.
Second, 『Raebujunggi』's description consists of inventory status such as current amounts of products or conditions of expenditure under the name of the organization ‘Saek’. ‘Jil’, as a subcategory, also contains amounts of products but differs with ‘Saek’ as it contains records of products the governor had applied and prepared in certain years and hyeonju, which includes detailed explanation of the records. Inventory status of total 28 departments are recorded and Busa, Jwasu, Gungwan and signatures of other government officials of Saek had made entries on every last pages of 『Raebujunggi』.
Third, through examinations of Seochaek, documents, Hogujangjeok and Jitonggo in each department, Hobang had contained 21 documents and Yaebang had included 57 collections of Confucian scriptures, history books and didactic books. In addition, 14 varieties of Seochaeks had been placed in Jitonggo of Yaebang. Furthermore, 25 kinds of records from 1758 to 1840 had been stocked in other 11 departments and 84 collections of Hogujangjeok had been located in Hojeoksaek. In lists of Jitong, 14 places had been prohibited in 1859 and 35 kinds of documents had been constituted in 1738 for the first time. Furthermore, 57 varieties of documents such as Jeolmok, documents of slaves and Yangan had been spawned by later 19 governors of Dongnae.
