ABSTRACT

With the development of science and technology, many technologies have emerged that make it easy to collect and process large amounts of data. Many companies use data collection procedures to collect data. Disputes between companies to secure data are heating up, but the legal system, which has not yet been established, is causing confusion throughout the industry. In some judgments, the portion of the Defendant's work on the utilization of the problematic part is being blindly reviewed, accounting for the proportion and importance of the Plaintiff's work in terms of quantity and quality. Considering the formation of a legal system focusing on data or the database itself, it should be based on a conceptual system. However, it is not easy to create a data industry that is fluid, large, and difficult to analyze with the concept of ownership. Therefore, it is the solution to review utilization activities to contribute to protection while promoting data collection and analysis . Therefore, we try to form a legal system for crawling and analysing tha data through comparative law examination to solve the problem.
