ABSTRACT

This study aims to empirically analyze the impact of CSR activities of software startups on their non-financial entrepreneurial performance. While previous research has primarily focused on the effects of CSR activities in large corporations, this study examines how CSR activities influence the non-financial performance of startups. To achieve this, CSR activities are categorized into economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic responsibilities, and their impact on the non-financial performance of startups is empirically examined. The results indicate that all CSR activities (economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic) have a significant positive impact on non-financial performance. These findings suggest that strategic implementation of CSR activities in software startups can enhance customer satisfaction, brand image, and long-term competitiveness (financial performance). Furthermore, the study highlights the necessity of effectively utilizing CSR and provides various insights and strategies for the sustainable growth of software startups.
