ABSTRACT

This study was conducted on 10 college students for 20 days with an analysis of the effect of walking exercise on obese people. After setting the speed at 3.2 km/h and walking 10,000 steps on the treadmill, the heart rate, weight and body mass were measured and compared with the control group. Heart rate was statistically significant, but weight and body mass did not change. It analyzes the effects of obesity on walking exercise with a comfortable exercise that anyone can do at any time and provides basic data on the practice rate improvement model for preventing obesity. It aims to provide an intervention model for effective walking, which is readily available to obese people as well as to cardiopulmonary diseases and healthy people.
