AB - Today the accelerating globalization is shaking the framework of nation state, which has ruled an basic international order. This asks us for thinking a deep grammar of justice in a new way and scale. The aim of this thesis is to examine the various challenges to a theory of justice given by globalization and the principal orientations for coping with them. For this aim, firstly, I examined the various challenges to a theory of justice in the era of globalization and the principal orientations for coping with them, according to the distinction of content of justice(what), subject of justice(who), way of justice(how), which was used by Nancy Fraser. And then I examined Fraser's theory of justice critically and explained the practical implications of this critical examinations.
