AB - The study aims to compare and analyze the 『I-ching』 philosophy of three scholars namely-Han Gang-bo(韓康伯), Gong Yeong-do(孔穎達) and Jeong Yag-yong(丁若鏞). It seeks to comparatively analyze the contents of 『I-ching』 philosophy and focuses on 「Han Gang-bo Xuan Tan Kao(韓康伯玄談考)」. 「Han Gang-bo Xuan Tan Kao [The criticism of Han Gang-bo and Kong Ying-da’s metaphysics by Jeong Yag-yong]」 records the sixth theory on 『Yixue Xu Yan(易學緖言)』. It’s a scholarly criticism of Chinese 『Yi Jing(周易)』 philosophy. 「Han Gang-bo Xuan Tan Kao」 was criticized through the excerpts of nine articles entitled in Hangangbo’s 「Xicizhu(繫辭注)」 and Kong Ying-da’s 「Zhouyizhengyi(周易正義)」․「Xicizhuan(繫辭傳)」.
Furthermore, This study is to highlight Jeong Yag-yong’s critical philosophy and thoughts about Chinese 『Yi Jing』 philosophy. Especially, among all the nine selected articles nine propositions were not annotated by Jeog Yag-yong in 『Zhouyi Xin Jian(周易心箋)』. Therefore, the critics of Jeong Yag-yong’s 『Yi Jing』 philosophy seems not revealed in the 『Zhouyi Xin Jian』’s study which can be clearly observed. To study the 「Han Gang-bo Xuan Tan Kao」 has important academic significance which emphasizes on 『Yi Jing』 philosophy and Jeong Yag-yong’s vision of the universe. It distinctly varies in comparison to the analysis of Chinese metaphysical thoughts.
