AB - The purpose of this study was to review the importance and meaning of multicultural social contribution projects and identify trends of multicultural social contribution projects. To attain this objective, the study comprehensively reviewed and qualitatively categorized the data and media articles related to corporate multicultural social activities. As a result, ‘Korean language education’, ‘Home Visit Support’, ‘Korean cooking class and food sharing’, and ‘scholarship project’ were found as areas of multicultural social contribution projects. Furthermore, social contribution activity types were divided into ‘Specialized Projects for each Company’ and ‘Customized Projects for each Target’ and their characteristics were discussed. Based on the study, necessity of analyzing cases of social contribution activities was evident from the perspective of corporate social responsibility and social integration. The results of the study can be used as primary data for setting direction of future multicultural social activity projects.
