AB - 본 연구는 만 3세 아동을 대상으로 부모의 양육태도, 부모양육 스트레스, 및 가정환경 자극과 아동발달 간의 관계를 설명하는 적합한 설명 모델을 탐색하고 확정된 모델에 이들 변인과 빈곤 환경을 적용하여 변인들의 영향력을 설명하고자 하였다. 본 연구 대상은 서울 및 일부 경기지역에 거주하는 만 3세 아동 446명이며, 그중 205명은 빈곤 집단 아동이고 241명은 비빈곤 집단 아동들이다. 구조 방정식 모델의 접근방식을 사용하여 이론적으로 적합한 모델을 탐색한 결과 통합 모델이 가장 우수한 모델로 확인되었다. 통합 모델로 빈곤과 비빈곤 집단에 따라 교차 적용한 결과 부모양육 스트레스는 빈곤으로 인해 아동발달에 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 가정환경 자극은 부모의 양육태도와 상호작용 영향이 있으며 아동발달에 직접적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과에 따라 부모양육 스트레스가 비빈곤 집단에게 어떠한 보호요인들이 작용하는지에 대한 추후연구가 제언되었다.
