AB - This study attempts to provide the subsequent applications of the international stadium in local society as a cultural institutions that have a responsibility for the fulfillment of the welfare and benefit obligations. Also this study suggests several policy alternatives for the harmony of public interest and profitability of the citizens space. And suggests several requirements relating the management strategic planning. Results are as follow. First, The role must be adjusted according to the public interest and profitability between local governments and enterprises joined the development of stadium. Second, it needs integrated the mission, vision, strategies, indicators based strategic planning which are more appropriate to measure the actual performance from the high level goals to low level goals reflected policy priorities and adjusted weight and target. Strategic planning approach is important to help set priorities and allocate scarce resources in managing international stadium. Third, this study suggests several proposals such as the medical tourism, silver town, family tourism and urban forest as a public interest and profitability Facilities.
