ABSTRACT

Recently, there are lots of disaster victims from frequent disasters. Disaster victims are thirsty for any other people's interests and supports. But if outside aid would distribute without an rational allocation standards, we have been experienced conflict cases that many disaster victims have another pain and community was disintegrate under allocation of disaster aid and disaster relief donations. So, the purpose of this paper is to search the rational allocation standards of disaster relief donations by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP). To accomplish the purpose of this article, this paper deals with recipient, time lag for payment, and support principles of disaster relief donations. In order to measure relative importance of rational allocation standards of disaster relief donations, three measurement fields and nineteen measurement indices were developed. The major findings and results in this paper are as follows. First, time lag for payment has been perceived most important area among the rational allocation standards of disaster relief donations. Next, support principles has got the second grade importance. Finally, recipient has been perceived important standards as third priority grade among the rational allocation standards of disaster relief donations.
