ABSTRACT

After a government crisis, ferry Sewol sinking, this study is the purpose that disaster safety perception and disaster management policy outcomes will affect the performance of president, the measure of governmental trust. This research looked at that government trust as a multidimensional concepts can be influenced by a particular accident. Analysis showed that (ⅰ) develop a safety recognition, (ⅱ) environmental structures security vulnerability check, (ⅲ) stronger capabilities of government for disaster safety and management are a major determinant in governmental trust.
