ABSTRACT

This study analyzed relations between the experience of disability discrimination by wage workers with disabilities and their job satisfaction and investigated mediating effects among Safety at Work, interpersonal relationship and adaptation to the organization. The study results found that discrimination experience at work had a negative effect on job satisfaction, and a mediating effect was found between interpersonal relationship and adaptation to the organization. However, no significance was found between job security and discrimination experience at work. Therefore, it can be said that it has a direct effect on job satisfaction. It would be necessary to come up with and execute a policy which promotes physical and environmental factors that can indirectly influence these personal and psycho social variables.
