ABSTRACT

This study attempts to look at the relationships of organizational variables, such as human resource system, learning, and commitment that affect corporate growth and survival. The results of hypothesis verification are as follows. The more fair the human resource system or process is, the more motivation employees have. The more enthusiastic employees are, the more enthusiastically employees perform the tasks assigned to him. In summary, this research suggested implications for human resource management and development policies to encourage employees' capacity improvement by demonstrating the relationship among perceived human resource management justice, self-directed learning and job engagement.
