ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to employed the military holds them competencies analysis and search for a suitable job positions, along with those that want to analyze training needs for re-employment. The results of the study are as follows, First of all, the ability to perform the work lives of Korean woman soldiers is a logical analysis, behavioral adjustment, in order of writing, learning strategies, service light, bottles, high rank, education, etc., due to the difference between the characteristics somewhat, but overall, the items in the matching high competency. Secondly, the army has the ability to dominate the public’s ability to perform the work of 28, 48 out of a total of 20 knowledge skills competence. Third, women soldiers in a competitive profession, education and research 155, construction and machinery sectors 137, management and business sectors 132, were analyzed by the social welfare sector 122.
