Basing on an allsides investigation of primary, intermediate and advanced Korean students, the paper tries to observe the real difficulties in Chinese phonetics from development, not only from the view of comparision between Korean and Chinese. Furthermore, the difficult point of Chinese pronunciation are classfied to different comparative difficulty levels and development difficulty levels according to the result of investigation. Otherwise, it was also discovered that in nature speech the relative influence between innials and finals, the innials or finals’ position in a syllabus, spelling rules all have some infection to correctness of students’ identification and pronunciation
