Soongsil University Gifted Education Research Institute, a journal publishing agency, conducts professional education projects such as gifted education, research and program development related to creativity and convergence education, education for gifted teachers, development of test tools for gifted and talented discrimination and creativity measurement, gifted, creativity, fusion education and education. In addition, as an industry-academia cooperation institute, we contribute to the development of talented people and gifted education in the national society by developing and supporting educational programs and educational materials required in the education field. The Global Future Convergence Education Center, a joint publishing body of the journal, was established with the aim of supporting the cultivation of global competence through the cultivation of convergent creative talents required by the global future society and international exchanges as a nonprofit corporation accredited by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. In addition, we hold related academic seminars and publish domestic and international journals to contribute to the public interest and national development through the training of educational experts in order to support academic development through research and international exchange in various fields related to creativity, convergence, core competencies and lifelong education. Global Creative Leader: Education & Learning, which collects educational capacity of co-issue institutions, has published a total of about 200 high-quality academic papers from its inaugural issue in 2011 to its present issue (11 volumes 2), and is currently published four times a year (Korean, English).
